Forum estimated to be down til Thursday

There's a problem with transferring the old data over to the new hosting service. They're working hard to ensure the board history remains intact, but that unfortunately means the time estimate to get it back is now Thursday.

Lolla Board Down AGAIN

Doesn't look like this outage was planned at all. Just speculation, but I think there's a problem with the new hosting service. I have a message in to C3 and will provide an update when I get more information. Meanwhile, check in with your fellow Lolla boarders on the DBTI group on Facebook. Updates will be posted there, too.

LOLLA BOARD DOWN FOR ANOTHER "DAY OR TWO"

According to reports from C3 Presents, the Lollapalooza Message Board (as well as the Austin City Limits message board) was scheduled to be down for a couple of hours on Monday while being switched to a new hosting service. The switch is taking much longer than anticipated and the boards are now estimated to return in a "day or two".

HILARIOUS BLOG UPDATES DELETED DESPITE FACT NO ONE USES BLOG ANYWAY

Just seconds ago, two Pulitzer Prize winning articles written by Pulitzer Prize winning blogger sixlimes were maliciously deleted, presumably because they were considered 'spam' or 'trolling'.  Blog readers don't understand the point since no one uses the blog anyways.  "wtf?" said nizzle after hearing the news.  "We have a blog?"

Controversy has surrounded the Lollablog since its inception, with claims that policing the mostly unused area is unnecessary and is a waste of taxpayer money.  The recent events have only fueled such criticisms since the only two posts on the blog were deleted.
